• IPC PAS informs all interested Economic Operators that it has completed the process of implementation of the electronic tool for public procurement (tenders).
• Since 21.11.2018 all public procurement procedures (tenders) are carried out using the platform indicated below.
• Access to the platform for Contractors is free of charge.
• IPC PAS reminds that an electronic signature with a valid qualified certificate is required for effective submission of a tender (documents, declarations, etc.) in public procurement procedures.
• An electronic signature with a valid qualified certificate is required in order to conclude public procurement contracts which will be concluded "by correspondence - at a distance".
