Student internships
A necessary condition for a student internship at the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences is to find a tutor. Any academic staff member of the IPC PAS may be a supervisor of the internship. After getting acquainted with the scientific activities of the Institute, you should choose the research group whose activities are closest to your interests, and then contact the Group Leader.
After receiving a positive response, you should submit an application to the IPC PAS secretary’s office with a request to take over the internship with the indication of a supervisor. The application should be submitted in the room no. 39 (IPC PAS staff).
After the application has been approved, an internship agreement between the home university and the IPC PAS should be submitted. The agreement must clearly state that the student referred by the university for internship is insured against accidents or will purchase such insurance individually.
